  • However, there is no charge for our initial consultation at which point we will:
    • Establish your circumstances
    • Find out what you are trying to achieve
    • Explain how we will be of benefit to you in your particular situation and what it would cost to appoint us
    • We work on a fee basis to avoid product bias. Some lenders pay commissions to intermediaries and some don’t. Should a commission be payable we would rebate against our fee. Where commission is greater than our fee, this will be rebated to the client.
  • When arranging a Commercial Mortgage, the appointment of a professional intermediary to negotiate for you is a positive investment rather than a cost.
